This is the adjustable track-rod for the steering, it will fit left or right side, this can be used to replace the fixed rod if needed, It comes without track-rod ends, It is second hand but will be a genuine VW part so you know the quality will be second to none, The picture is for reference only as we have a selection to choose from.
